Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services and support to the Group
- Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services, especially focus on Talent Acquisition
- Participate in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to support the strategic direction of the Group
- Compile HR-related reports and statistics for management review
- Manage the budget for the HR and administration functions, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services
- Manage and implement ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 8 years and above in human resources
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
