Human Resources Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Tonwell Security Limited. As a full-time role based in Wan Chai, this position will play a key administrative and support function within our Human Resources department.
What you'll be doing
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee records, updating employee attendance records, managing MPF documents, and assisting with onboarding/ resignation processes
Calculate monthly payroll compliance with relevant labour laws
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with finance departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably in the security service industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with HR-related software and databases
A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
