Lead and support IPOs, M&A, pre-IPO investments, and corporate advisory services within the healthcare OR TMT sectors.
Assist in preparing pitch books and proposals, conducting industry research, financial analysis, and modeling.
Identify and execute new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by senior team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record; professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IBD, particularly in the healthcare or TMT sectors with track record.
Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential.
Ability to work under pressure while demonstrating strong teamwork.
