Job Description
The Job
- Carry out branch visits to establish rapport with bank sales representatives & management team
- Assist in negotiating with bank branch managers/ insurance specialists on all sales & marketing aspects
- Provide sales and distribution support to partners included conduct briefing, training, pre-case discussion and sales appointment join call
- Follow up new application underwriting and policy service progress
- Implement sales & marketing programs to ensure a consistent business sales growth
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department
- Liaise with other departments to ensure operational service requirements of Bancassurance business partners are met
- Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Person
- University graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more supervisory experience may be considered for Senior Manager
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Very strong in interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
- Able to motivate the team with positive spirit
- Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
