Job Description
- Support the implementation of the LGT’s investment risk/market risk management framework and market risk system, including system requirement gathering, data integration, and functionality testing etc.;
- Assist in monitoring portfolio risk metrics (e.g., market and liquidity risks) and preparing risk reports for senior management;
- Conduct portfolio analysis, including stress testing and scenario analysis, to identify and mitigate risk exposures;
- Use Python to automate data processing, risk analytics, and reporting tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy;
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to address risk-related queries and support ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- Familiarity with risk metrics (e.g., VaR) and performance assessments;
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, preferably knowledgeable with Python programming;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
