Inventory & Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory , including picking, packing, inspecting, and verifying order details; order tracking, order checking, and confirming production
• Liaise with production team to ensure on time delivery of order
• Create Purchase Orders for stock replenishment , Liaise with suppliers for delivery details, and

need to handle the inventory.

• General clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying and scanning

• 
  Perform administrative and ad-hoc projects when required

職責

• 負責倉存管理包括出入倉, 揀貨, 配貨, 檢查及核對訂單細節, 跟單，查單，確認生產;
• 與生產部協調生產貨期, 確保訂單按時交付;
• 須製作采購單補貨，同供應商協調運輸細節及處理庫存;
• 處理日常行政工作以及專案項目 ;
• 一般文職工作, 資料輸入存檔、複印，掃描檔案.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-minded and responsible. Data entry with high level of accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy working to achieve results as a team.
• Demonstrated flexibility in learning new computer programs
• Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising or clerical role highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience can apply for Assistant Merchandiser role.
• Interest in fashion is a plus

要求

• 具有良好的中英文輸入及 能說流利的廣東話和英語
• 懂操作 (包括MS Word和MS Excel)輸入
• 細心及有負責感, 處理資料輸入時能確保高度準確性
• 有良好溝通技巧及團隊合作精神
• 對學習新的電腦系統能靈活適應
• 具有3年以上相關跟單工作或相關工作經驗
• 年資較少者, 可申請助理跟單員.
• 對時裝有興趣者更佳
