We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business by analyzing processes, identifying requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases to support system design.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Assist in the testing of new systems and facilitate user training sessions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 + years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in requirements gathering tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience with UAT is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
