Handle user inquiries, provide technical troubleshooting and support
Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of desktop environments
Receive, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Assist in the implementation of IT projects
Perform hardware and software installation
Requirements:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus
Experience in meeting room equipment and network equipment is an advantage
Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
