Responsibilities
- Liaises with counterparts in overseas offices to Sustain, Expand and Develop existing & new programs down to operational level.
- Partner with and Support to internal teams, development team and production teams to drive program implementation smoothly.
- Responsible and supervision for the customer service team.
- Monitor, Motivate, and Coach Customer service team to secure high customer service quality to our clients' programs.
- Work close with Garment Factories & Handle Sales Complaints
- Conduct Regular Customer visits for Customer Relationship Management
- Inventory Control is required against forecast collected
- Station in China is required
Requirements
- University Graduate or College degree or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 year managerial experience
- Relevant Experience in Printing products & Woven labels is an advantage
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and presentation are required
- Outgoing, Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST
- Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability
- Candidate must able to Work Under Pressure
- Good command of both Written & Spoken English, Good Mandarin is required
