Lab Technician

Key Tasks

• Receive and register food waste samples

• Conduct lab test on food waste samples in accordance with standard procedure and record test results

• Conduct lab test on wastewater samples in accordance with in-house procedures

• Coordinate samples taking and documentation with external HOKLAS lab

• Maintain proper records of all samples and test results

• Responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration

• Perform housekeeping of laboratory, equipment and instruments

• Assist Process Engineer to perform process optimization by data analysis

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science or related discipline

• 2 years of experience in laboratory

• Proactive, patient and detail-minded

• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
