We are currently seeking junior to mid level lawyers with Corporate M&A experience to join our bench and support a variety of clients across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for M&A and other corporate transactions for listed company
Qualifications:
- Legal qualification
- 2-5 years PQE from Corporate practice with a focus on M&A and corporate transactions for listed companies. Open to both law firms and inhouse.
