Job Description
- Respond to IT requirements related to network infrastructure, cloud, and security from potential corporate and international customers.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including lead development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
- Generate new sales leads and pursue them to meet or exceed annual quotas.
- Follow through with internal post-sales processes to ensure timely service activation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to develop long-term business opportunities.
- Engage and negotiate with senior management and director-level clients.
- Complete annual strategic sales action plans and forecast business demands.
- Lead virtual teams with different functions to drive solutions and value propositions.
- Work with approved vendors to develop winning offers.
- Deliver formal customer presentations and write proposals.
Job Requirements
- Possess a university degree.
- Have a minimum of three years of service delivery experience in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or cybersecurity product company.
- Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is an advantage.
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM is an advantage.
- Understand cybersecurity operations and architecture in an enterprise environment.
- Have exposure to security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, Proxy, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
- Possess the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be an active listener and proactive problem solver who can deconstruct complex problems.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate motivation and the ability to find creative solutions to customer challenges.
