Program Summary:
The Management Trainee (MT) Program is designed to develop your functional competence and strengthen your professional skills. As a trainee, you will:
Gain a big-picture perspective by performing and improving front-line work while building cross-functional relationships
Assist in implementing team strategies and business plans
Collaborate with project teams—including business, IT, operations, and other functions—to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and advise top management on tactical decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher (minimum 2nd Upper Class Honours) in any discipline
Passion for innovation and challenging conventional approaches
