Manager (Banking Conduct)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling feedback and enquiries (including hotline, email and other forms) relating to access to account opening and maintenance, and SME lending
- Assist in maintaining the dedicated webpage on the HKMA’s website
- Compile management and statistical reports on the subject matter
- Contribute to policy development and work with different stakeholders to promote financial inclusion
Requirements
- University degree in banking, finance, business administration or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience gained in financial institutions or banking industry. Experience in handling customers / complaints an advantage
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and versatile, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

- Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
