Manage strategic accounts and seek business opportunities by coordinating with internal and external parties
Support strategic account development and maintenance by evaluating the requirements and suggesting respective solutions to key account clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that address client needs
Monitor and report on key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
We are looking for someone with:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
5 years or above of relevant sales and customer service experience. Exposure to the supply chain, FMCG industry, or retail market is preferred
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency preferred
