Purpose of Position
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team and support the exciting launch of our new travel product category.
- This role will be crucial in building brand awareness and driving engagement through effective influencer marketing strategies.
- You'll play a key role in identifying and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to showcase our innovative new luggage line to a broad audience, actively managing the creation and execution of compelling content through these partnerships.
Job Description
- Researching and identifying relevant KOLs and influencers who align with our brand values and target audience for the new luggage category
- Initiating contact and building relationships with potential KOLs, effectively communicating our brand story and product offerings
- Coordinating product seeding and content liaison activities:
- Briefing KOLs on campaign objectives, brand messaging, and content guidelines
- Reviewing and providing feedback on KOL-generated content to ensure brand consistency, quality, and adherence to agreed-upon terms
- Managing content deliverables from KOLs, ensuring timely submission and adherence to specifications
- Facilitating the approval process for KOL content with internal stakeholders
- Maintain a detailed tracker of influencer outreach, engagement, and results
- Produce reports summarizing influencer campaign performance, including impressions, engagement, and ROI
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution
- Coordinate the collection of creative copy from copywriters and translated materials from regional teams
- Provide support to the Creative and Marketing teams in the development and refinement of presentation decks
Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in marketing is a plus
- A strong interest in marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations, with an eagerness to learn about content management and liaison
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
