The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing and branding strategies for Kowloon Dairy Hong Kong, and for ensuring the implementation and execution of said strategies are timely, precise and effective. The Marketing Manager will lead and supervise the marketing team to carry out all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to branding, advertising, PR events, digital marketing, market research, and CRM activities. The Marketing Manager will monitor action plan progress to ensure alignment with objectives and budget parameters. Additionally, this position provides coaching and training to team members to foster growth and promote a high-performing marketing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish marketing and branding objectives and strategies and define an annual budget to encompass all planned initiatives
Create, present and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Manage marketing campaigns and projects and ensure budget compliance
Supervise daily operations and performance of marketing functions, including branding, advertising, PR events, digital marketing, market research and CRM initiatives
Monitor progress of action plans to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professional, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives set by senior management
Facilitate communication and collaboration within marketing team for efficient project execution.
Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and strategies and address weak areas of performance and propose actions for improvement
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors and foster positive relationships to build and fortify media connections
Analyze marketing metrics to support strategic decisions and improvements.
Prioritize continuous improvement by monitoring competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies, and engaging with customers for feedback
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide marketing strategies.
Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and performance within a positive environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a marketing, preferably gained in FMCG industry
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, digital marketing and campaign management
Proficiency in marketing tools and software and analytic tools
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
Detailed-minded and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability
Possesses good management skills and leadership abilities
Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
