Job Summary :
Prepare and package samples for international shipping.
Create orders using the ERP system.
Arrange and manage documentation tasks.
Supporting the merchandiser in daily operations
Following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of merchandise.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
Responsibilities:
Education: At least Form 6 or above, including fresh graduates.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Work Style: Able to work independently and efficiently.
Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, gritty, and responsible.
Availability: Immediate availability is preferable.
