Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the financial transactions and revenue accounts
- Ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting and reconciliation
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure revenue accuracy
- Preparing and maintaining detailed financial records and reports
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Addressing inquiries related to revenue accounts from internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting working experience in Hong Kong or multinational corporation.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management and detail orientation
- Proficiency with Excel
Desirable Qualities
- Experience in the airline, hospitality, logistics and/or consumer goods industries will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Oracle and NetSuite
