Coordinate work assignments for frontline technical staff, including daily scheduling, new job orders, reassignments, and ad-hoc tasks.
Assist in reviewing the attendance and work completion status of frontline technical staff.
Generate and prepare work related analysis reports.
Update customer related information on the ERP.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
HKDSE / HKCEE or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
Self-motivated and able to work independently, can work under pressure and has strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
