Job scopes
- Provide administrative support and handle administration tasks to inbound and outbound call teams
- Assist with basic manual procedures and data entry tasks
- Help compile customer request reports under supervisor guidance
- Maintain orderly records and documentation
- Learn and apply operational processes through on-the-job training
- Work with Team head to consolidate leave requests from different teams
Job requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 year or above experience in operation support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
