Job Description:
- Business developing includes the clients' pitching and the preparation of ESOP proposal materials for prospective clients.
- Being the primary contact point for ESOP clients, providing customer support in the use of the ESOP system and participating in the continuing enhancement of the system.
- Working closely with compliance, operation, IT and other internal teams, ensuring in-time and compliant internal execution for both new clients' onboarding tasks, and existing clients' long-term maintenance.
- Coordinating with bankers, RMs, lawyers and other related professional parties in the provision of ESOP services.
- Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in finance related discipline.
- At least 6 years related working experience .
- Excellent customer services and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power Point.
