Program Manager

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing site product transfers.

• Plan and manage production transfers between different overseas facilities.

• Work closely with overseas factories, including engineering, quality, operations, sales, and purchasing teams to meet project objectives.

• Create comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and scope definitions.

• Develop, implement, and improve program management processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate clear program definitions and requirements.

• Provide operational support to ensure smooth production in overseas operations.

• Direct and coordinate activities of program personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets.

• Prepare project reports for management and internal use.

• Confer with program personnel to provide advice and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing or Electrical preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional projects.

• Proven experience in factory operations, particularly in Chinese factories.

• Experience in managing or working with overseas factories is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in transferring production processes to overseas facilities.

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Ability to manage all aspects of internal and external communications during different phases of the program.

• Well-organized with strong coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
