Project admin/ Manager (Data Centre Relocation, Infra, Renewal Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive IT Infrastructure projects independently with minimal supervision.
- To manage resource planning, allocation, cost control and ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard
- To organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
- Proven track of project management experience in an inhouse corporate environment
- Demonstrate a good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrate business acumen to align IT projects with business requirement
- To organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Job Requirements:
- Degree in information technology or related disciplines
- 5 years or above of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure related project management. Banking background would be an advantage
- Infrastructure knowledge and experience with large-scale projects.
- Project experience with data centre relocation is an advantaged
- Hands on experience in IT outsourcing and procurement process
- Experience with rollout of O365 deployment project, exposure to deployment of Teams Voice would be an advantage
- Excellent multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Teams, O365, and other relevant IT tools.
- Communicate effectively in business English and Chinese both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience with Teams Voice rollout and printing services is a plus.
