We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Assistant to join our team at an environmental company. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to engineers in various environmental projects, contributing to the successful execution of tasks related to environmental monitoring, remediation, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring of environmental projects.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Conduct fieldwork activities such as site assessments, sample collection, and environmental monitoring.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by project managers and team leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or above in Engineering. Graduate of DSE with science subject will also be considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and environmental monitoring software.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
