Responsibilities:
- Establish unpaid work networks in responsible districts and conduct on-site assessment of host organizations;
- Secure unpaid work opportunities to ensure sufficient and suitable unpaid work for service recipients;
- Assess and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of service recipients;
- Handle underperformance and misbehavior case make referral to other support services if needed;
- Keep data and statistic up to date and prepare reports on the progress of service recipients;
- Conduct case conferences and meetings on service-related matters.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Social Work, or Tertiary Education or above in Counselling or Human Resources, with minimum 1 year working experience;
- Social Worker license holder is more preferable.
