QA Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Due to business expansion, we are now looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Request, follow up, and analyze QC issues for OEM products from various ports.

• Create and execute internal test plans during product development and report findings.

• Conduct OEM factory audits and monitor improvement progress.

• Collaborate with external labs for testing and follow up on results.

• Handle and reply quality-related issues between factories and/or internal departments.

• Oversee daily operations of the QC team to ensure products meet customer requirements.

• Review and suggest revisions for product labels and instructions.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Business).

• 5 years of experience in QA, preferably in pharmaceuticals or supplements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above)
