Responsibilities
- Quality Strategy & Implementation
- Establish and enforce industry-standard quality practices across product and solution development teams
- Develop comprehensive QA frameworks including test environments, test cases, test plans, and quality metrics
- Design and implement quality measurement systems to track product quality and customer feedback
- Testing Leadership
- Plan and oversee QA and Pre-UAT testing execution, including test report generation
- Provide quality sign-off for product/solution releases
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on test results and quality metrics
- Stakeholder Engagement & Problem Resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Investigate and resolve customer-impacting quality issues through root cause analysis
- Drive quality improvement initiatives across development and QA organizations
- Organizational Leadership
- Serve as the primary quality advocate across the organization
- Regularly communicate quality progress and initiatives to stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering leadership to embed quality in development processes
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of QA leadership experience in software product development
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions to customers
- Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scaled agile framework, Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IEC 12207, GB/T 8566) preferred
- Tools & Platforms
- Proficiency with QA and development tools (JIRA, GitLab, SVN)
- Experience with cloud computing and internet deployment architectures
- Knowledge of database systems and web technologies (advantageous)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive organizational change and quality culture
- Experience in managing third-party vendors is preferred
- Additional Preferences
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Immediate availability preferred
- Background in data analytics or machine learning (beneficial but not required)
