Quality Control Specialist (PD&O-QCS)
Duties
- Conduct various types of testing (functional, performance, and automated testing) for products, offers, sales processes and billing
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts and issue reports
- Ensure compliance with product requirements and company quality standards
- Identify mismatches between requirements and technical implementation
- Monitor reported issues for proper resolution
- Develop mechanisms to identify emerging product risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Information Systems, Decision Analytics or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control; Less experience will be considered as QC Associate Specialist
- Proficiency in issue tracking, testing, data and scripting tools (e.g. Jira, Cognos, PowerBI, Excel, Selenium, Python, UIPath)
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC framework and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communications and teamwork skills
- Knowledge in Telecom Business Support System (BSS) and industry regulatory requirements is an advantage
