Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveying Manager to join our team at a prominent Hong Kong developer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with essential client-side exposure. A valid HKIS or RICS qualification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quantity surveying functions for various development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, ensuring financial targets are met.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Provide mentorship and support to junior quantity surveying team members. Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant client-side exposure.
Must hold HKIS or RICS qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
