Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage room bookings and schedule arrangements for high-end clients
Conduct guided tours of the center with professionalism
Respond to guest inquiries and provide seamless customer support
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and prestige client service facilities
Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly
Support daily administrative tasks and assist in hospitality service delivery
Alternative shift on Saturday is required to support business needs
Requirements:
Accept fresh graduate with customer service experiences
Fluency in Mandarin
