Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy Development
Develop sales strategies, pricing systems, and channel expansion plans based on regional market characteristics and various AI application scenarios of consumer products.
Channel and Partner Management
Work closely with local partners to expand and optimize both online and offline channel networks (including agents and retailers). Plan localized marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and improve user conversion rates.
Collaborate with partners to define sales targets and execution plans, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives (SO).
Consumer Insights and Product Implementation
Conduct in-depth analysis of product features and target user needs. Refine product positioning and market strategies according to different products and application scenarios.
Sales Target Management
Responsible for breaking down, tracking, and achieving regional sales targets. Regularly review performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Qualifications
Over 3 years of sales management experience in consumer electronics (preferably AI hardware or 3C digital products).
Proficient in channel development and management with experience in building partner ecosystems.
Excellent consumer insight and market data analysis skills.
International background: solid overseas work experience and proficiency in the target country’s language.
Familiarity with AI hardware and 3C digital product application scenarios, capable of quickly understanding product technical logic and translating it into market language.
