Job Purpose:
Drive the growth in the high valued (HV) customer segment’s investment business through understanding of customers’ investment needs and offering of suitable investment services. Working closely with the branch managers and Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Regional Investment Counselors (RICs) will play a key role in achieving KPIs for the HV customers, such as investment portfolio, fee income, and other business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Personal Production & Sales Enablement:
1. Responsible and drive the investment fee income generated from HV segment through direct customer engagement or joint meetings with related CRMs
2. Develop and implement client-centric sales methodologies, and facilitate CRMs to effectively identify and fulfill HNW client needs
3. Evaluate potential investment products for the HV segment and provide feedbacks to the product team during the product development and due diligence processes
Business Development & Market Positioning:
4. Drive achievement of all HV segment KPIs set by the bank, such as personal production targets, AUM growth, and product penetration
5. Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market benchmarking in relation to the HV segment to facilitate the development of appropriate investment and marketing strategies
6. Organize and host investment seminars for HV clients to position the bank as a premier wealth management partner
Strategic Collaboration & Bridge Building:
7. Collaborate closely with Regional Investment Managers to cultivate and grow High Valued segment (HV) investment business within the assigned territory
8. Partner strategically with Branch Management to develop sales tactics to drive the business for the HV segment, and provide appropriate feedbacks on individual branch performance and potential development needs
9. Coordinate effectively with Service Quality Departments to resolve complex HV client issues and enhance service delivery standards
Incumbent Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- CFA/CFP/CFMP is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in IC/CRM in serving HNW clients
- Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
- Proficient knowledge on wealth management products is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
