Job Purpose:
The role involves collaborating with internal and external parties to execute marketing and fundraising events/campaigns for individual and corporate donors, as well as assisting with the team’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to implement the online and offline fundraising campaigns in order to achieve the team’s fundraising goal from individual and corporate donors.
- Assist in writing promotional materials for fundraising activities.
- Support the production of publicity materials, including graphic design and video production.
- Establish communication and maintain relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate and provide support for event planning and execution, including venue booking, logistic arrangement, volunteer management, quotation sourcing and handling.
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations and management of the team.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Journalism of HKCEE/ HKDSE (5 subjects passes, including English & Chinese) equivalent or above.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (University graduates with less experience will be considered).
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro are preferable.
- Good team player with mature interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated with sense of responsibility, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral.
- Good multitasking and communication skills.
Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)
