The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage team.
Responsible for supervising the restaurant's operations, exceeding customers’ expectations, generating revenue for the outlet, and working within budgetary limits.

Key Accountabilities
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations by supervising Captains, Receptionists, Senior Servers, Servers, Trainees and Casual staff; delegate tasks effectively and provide on-the-job coaching
Conduct pre-service briefings and participate in daily Food & Beverage meetings to align the team on specials, service flow and any operational updates
Ensure menus and beverage lists are accurately described, visually appealing and promptly updated to reflect any changes
Assist Manager (as appropriate to outlet) in administrative duties, including records management, guest profiles, stock and maintenance requisitions, and staff scheduling.
General Requirements
With a minimum of 2 years in similar position within a 5-star environment, with experience in Banquet or Western cuisines experience
Strong computer skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, people management, and leadership skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
