About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, commission-based SaaS Sales Representative to drive business growth and client adoption. This is a performance-first role—ideal for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and deeply connected in the worlds of finance, real estate, or private markets. You’ll work closely with founding leadership and play a pivotal role in client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Top performers will be considered for a partner-track promotion, with equity and long-term participation in Fractionizer’s success.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build relationships with asset-owning companies (real estate firms, fund managers, developers, family offices, and more)
- Pitch Fractionizer’s tokenization platform as a tool for fundraising, liquidity, or fractionalized ownership
- Lead the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to deal structuring, negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with our Product and Legal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and compliance standards
- Stay up to date on trends in tokenization, blockchain regulation, and DeFi infrastructure
- Represent Fractionizer at virtual events, industry roundtables, and within your professional network
- Maintain pipeline and activity records in CRM, providing weekly progress updates to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or alternative investments
- A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue goals
- Existing network of asset holders, developers, fund managers, or business owners in need of innovative fundraising tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and highly entrepreneurial—you excel with freedom and ownership
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own performance metrics
