collect market insights, prepare sales and product relevant training to drive sales. Manage relationship with frontend sales at retailers and communicate with distributors to maintain business relationship and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for…
- Visiting and meeting with distributors in the assigned sales regions to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Preparing training materials for frontline sales of distributors on our products and services and conducting trainings to frontline sales of distributors in retail stores.
- Addressing questions and assisting in solving problems rise from our distributors.
- Collecting firsthand market insights and information from our distributors and support the senior sales manager to improve sales strategies and plans.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Diploma in any subject.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in frontline sales from electrical appliance retail industry/Telco industry.
- Highly motivated, pro-active and organized self-starter with ability to work independently is essential.
- Highly adaptable with ability to be a quick learner of new products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Cantonese.
