- Coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Assisting with customer communication and relationship management, including responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and providing excellent and timely information regarding services and rates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services
- Prepare reports for Sales team and management.
- Providing administrative support for the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Analyze and monitor the Company’s overall customer and sales structure for customer portfolio and sales management. Leading customer evaluation and implementing customer programs and initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation on all sales initiatives, applications, and systems to achieve company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- DSE or above / Degree holder
- Previous experience in a similar business support or customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding or Shipping carrier or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage
