Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Sales Director
Join a dynamic sales team of 5 members
Individual contributor role: responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
Drive business growth and expand customer base in freight forwarding
Meet agreed sales targets and business objectives
Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and presentations
Build strong relationships and trust with clients through market knowledge and customer engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer retention
Idea Candidates
Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English and Mandarin
