Job Duties
- Formulate, implement and monitor business plans and strategies of the asset management business.
- Lead a team of 3 to achieve AUM target
- Maintain customer relationship and develop distribution/sales channels including external parties and branches.
- Responsible for product marketing, promotion and sales
- Perform regular market analysis, market feedbacks and research
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- At least 7 years’ experience in fixed income, with a background in asset management companies, or investment banks preferred.
- Solid experience in asset management marketing
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary.
