Responsibilities:
- Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related sales documents
- Communicate with the internal and external parties about the billing issues
- Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales activities
- Maintain department database records and filing system
- Support the sales operation team to ensure the smooth operation
- Perform regular office administration support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales operations/sales administration/project management
- Able to work independently and under pressure with an open mind
- Attend to details with strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, good at Excel is required
