Responsibilities:
Design service strategies based on school/ community needs as assessed
Implement the work plan and to evaluate the effectiveness of the group, programs and case intervention for quality improvement
Provide information and consultation to youth, parents and the community to utilize community resources to meet their needs
Coordinate with other organizations and disciplines for resources to support the students’ development
Prepare and submit up-to-date case reports, program proposal, budget, evaluation, financial and statistical reports on activities and programs
Control program expenses within budget and handle receipts in accordance with accounts procedure
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Working location: Tseung Kwan O
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
Registered Social Worker
Good command of oral and written Chinese and English is necessary
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
2 years’ experience in Social Work and school related works are an advantage
