Overview
The role will support strategic target and projects for the policy servicing function, including production implementation, process revamp and regulatory changes.
The candidate will be responsible to conduct business process analysis, elicit and prepare user requirements, design and prepare UAT, coordinate with IT, users and testers on testing and implementation.
In addition to business analysis skills, the candidate should be proactive, collaborative, able to work under pressure and with experience in Life Insurance’s policy servicing function.
The job:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of policy servicing operation.
Perform business analysis, elicit, and prepare user requirement documents for projects, in accordance with business requirements from Life Operations Policy Servicing function.
Participate in solution design; review system design documentation to ensure the functional design meets the expectations of Life Operations.
Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle.
Prepare test scenarios and test plans for user acceptance test (UAT) execution.
Prepare training materials and provide training to business users.
Coordinate testing and implementation with IT, users and testers
The Person:
Bachelor’s degree holder of Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years’ business analysis experience in Life Insurance industry, with strong understanding of policy servicing operations.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical anal problem-solving capability.
Team player who is able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
