Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth daily operation
- Maintain cleanliness of front of house and make sure the tables are well set-up
- Introduce our offerings to customers according to their preference
- Handle customer enquiry professionally
- Maintain proper storage of floor materials and replenish when necessary
- Suggest solutions to achieve goals and sales target
Requirements
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Be friendly and cheerful
- Fluent in English and/or Cantonese
- Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
