Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive the sales of our enterprise-level professional support services, including product lifecycle maintenance and mission-critical service contracts. This role involves working closely with senior executives to uncover new business opportunities and secure long-term customer relationships. You will also be responsible for generating new client prospects and expanding our customer base.
As a key contributor, both individually and within a team, you will lead initiatives, provide guidance to junior team members, and handle complex tasks requiring advanced technical and business expertise. A B.Sc/B.Engg degree is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions or services sales, with a proven track record of success in developing a sales territory in Hong Kong. A strong self-drive and ability to meet sales targets are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Customer Needs: Analyze and understand the unique IT support and operational challenges faced by enterprise customers.
- Propose Tailored Solutions: Recommend our CSS services to solve specific business and IT problems, enhancing customer outcomes.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with CSS delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term business partnerships with key accounts, regularly engaging with senior executives.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Oracle cross-line-of-business (xLOB) teams to position CSS services as an integral part of comprehensive Oracle solutions.
- Drive Growth: Create and implement a strategic business plan to manage and expand your assigned sales territory or accounts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience:
A solid understanding of the professional support services sales process is preferred, particularly in selling annualized or fixed-scope software and hardware support service packages.
