Shipping Operations (5 Day work)

Jinhui Holdings is a reputable listed shipping company is seeking for the right candidate for the following vacancy:

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Shipping Management, Operation or related;

• Minimum one year's working experience in dry bulk operation;

• Excellent communication skills in written English and Chinese;

• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing;

• Independent with pleasant manner and willing to work overtime;

• Immediate available prefer.

Duties:

• Liaise with Master and oversea customers;

• Prepare documents for the processing of the shipment;

• Assist in processing shipment data;

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management;

• Provide clerical support to the Management
