Job Overview

To assist Shop Supervisor on supervising, controlling, and inspecting all store set up and service standard under Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coffee (with latte art) and drinks preparation and making.
2. Responsible for Cake shop daily operation, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in store.
3. Responsible for Cake serve and pre-order service in on-line store.
4. Responsible for stock control and order of coffee bean, milk and related ingredients for daily use.
5. Serving the customers – taking orders, drinks making and billing.
6. Liaise & communicate with other departments which are related to operations & administration.
7. Handle guests’ complaints & problem solving by preparing the reports. 
8. Submit & review all daily logbook, event check list & event order report.
9. Conduct daily briefing.
10. Attend all Cake shop related meeting.
11. Assist Shop Supervisor on administration paperwork & basic computer knowledge on Windows Office usage.
12. Carry out any other duties requested by the Shop Supervisor.
13. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

1. Secondary school graduate or above.
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
3. Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
4. Good command of spoken English and Cantonese / Putonghua.
