Responsibilities:
Provide general clerical and administrative support for vehicle-related tasks;
Handle renewal of vehicle licenses and insurance;
Perform data entry for fuel consumption, E-Toll records and maintenance records, filing, preparation of site documents, and coordination tasks;
Manage other ad-hoc documents as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Form 5, HKDSE, or above with at least 1 year of site clerical experience;
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office;
Site clerical experience in a construction environment is preferred;
Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred.
