Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse/logistics automation projects.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors to ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, drawings, and quality control are strictly followed.
- Co-ordinate and monitor site matters.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Studies, Construction Management or equivalent.
- 5 years’ or above experience in E&M, warehouse automation projects.
- Ability to prepare for work schedule, progress programme, site report.
- Ability to understand construction drawings.
- Technical knowledge, site management skill.
- Effective interpersonal skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure.
- Some MS Office skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22,000.00 - $36,000.00 per month
