We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to build our online presence from the ground up, owning daily content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and our internal blog.

Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help us tell that story online, bringing our mission to life and connecting with global audiences who love startups and Hong Kong as much as we do.
What You’ll Own
- Developing and executing a social media strategy focused on brand awareness and web traffic.
- Creating on-brand, cost-effective content - images, videos, captions - for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, every two days.
- Building professional posts and thought leadership articles for LinkedIn and our internal blog.
- Producing 80% of posts in English and 20% in Cantonese to engage our bilingual audience.
- Auditing and revamping existing channels, or launching new ones from zero
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on social media management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency.
- Proven ability to build or reboot a brand’s social footprint with smart, budget-friendly tactics.
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling, able to ideate, shoot, and edit.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Self-starter attitude: you thrive when given autonomy, deadlines, and ambitious goals.
- Experience working in a lean, resource-conscious environment that values creativity over budget.
- Available to participate after-hours events approximately six times per year to capture social moments for media content.
- Have a deep love for Hong Kong’s culture and entrepreneurial energy.

Salary & Benefits:
- The monthly salary is in the range of HK$27,000 - HK$35,000. Medical Insurance, Bank Holidays, 5 days per week. The exact remuneration will depend on years of your full-time work experience, and the success of social channels you have managed in the past.
